Healthy Hamburger Helper

2tbsp Olive Oil or Butter

1lb Ground Beef

1 Yellow Onion (chopped)

1 tsp Chili Power

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Power

14oz Shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix works great!)

1 Zucchini (grated)

2Tbsp - 1/2 Cup of Whole Milk (optional)

1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Fresh Parsley for serving


1) Add olive oil/butter with ground beef and chopped onion. Break up the ground beef as your cook and make sure that it is brown before adding chili powder, paprika and garlic powder.

2) Add shredded cabbage and let it wilt. Then add zucchini and mix in for a minute. Then add milk, shredded cheddar and combine until the mixture is creamy. Add some parsley to the top and serve!
