Pork & Cabbage Soup
2 Tbsp of Butter
1 Sweet Onion (chopped)
1 package of Ground Pork2 Cloves of Garlic
1 head of Napa Cabbage (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
2 Carrots
1 box of Bone Broth
2 Cups of Water
3 Scallions
Ground Black Pepper to taste
1) Add butter and sweet onion in Dutch Oven. Let the onion cook for about a minute and add ground pork. Use a spoon to break up the pork.
2) When the pork is getting close to being done, add garlic, napa cabbage and carrots. Stir until the cabbage starts to wilt and then add the bone broth and water. Simmer low for about 15 minutes.
3) Add scallions and black pepper.
