Salmon with Capers


3 Tbsp of Olive Oil

1 Filet of Raw Salmon

2 Tbsp of Capers


1) In a sauté pan, add Olive Oil and when hot, add salmon filet. Sauté for 3-4 min. Flip and cook the other side for about 2 mins and then add capers and some of the pickling juice to the top of the salmon. Cook another minute or two until the internal temp of the salmon reachs 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
