Mapo Beans & Broccoli

 


3 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp of red pepper flakes

1 tsp of chili flakes

1 tsp of ground black pepper

1 lb of ground beef or pork

2 tbsp of Ginger (finely grated)

2 tbsp of Garlic (minced)

1 Bunch of Broccoli (chopped small pieces)

1 Can Great Northern White Beans (rinsed)

1 tsp Garlic Bean Paste (optional)

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1 Scallion (chopped diagonally)


1) Add olive oil, red pepper, chili flakes, and ground beef to heated pan on medium-high heat. Make sure to breakup ground beef into smaller pieces.

2) When beef is close to being fully browned, add ginger, garlic and broccoli. After about 5 mins, add the beans garlic paste and sesame oil. Garnish with scallion.


This recipe is Gluten-free, Whole 30 & Dairy-free.
